Swtor Guide And Swtor Builds That Work!

Swtor has been out for a little over a month now, And I am sure that many of you will have tried a few different swtor builds for your character hoping to find one that suits you and what you want your character to do. The truth is not every build works that well…

There is a difference between builds which are good for PvE or swtor builds which are good for PvP and with the recent swtor patch 1.1 some of the older builds which worked very well are now not so effective. Some classes was not affected but some were. If you are looking for the best builds for your class then you should check out Swtor Savior, They have found and created some of the best Swtor builds I have seen and used.

Those of you that have been reading my blog know that I play a Jedi Guardian and I would like to share the build I use for PvP. One thing I do which most guardians do not is change form mid fight. From Shi Co to Soreu which is the tanking form.

Here is the build:

pvpbuild Swtor Guide And Swtor Builds That Work!

As you can see this is a focus build. This is a DPS guardian build for PvP although you will be using your tanking form a fair amount to keep yourself alive.

The main idea of this build is to build Singularity by using Force Stasis or Force Exhaustion then using Force Leap or Zealous Leap to get Felling Blow. When you have Felling Blow and 4 stacks of Singularity your force sweep will do a lot of damage.

This build will work with the Sith Warrior also if you spec up the rage tree. You can also do a build very close to this on a Marauder and a Sentinal because Focus/Rage is the shared tree for JK/SW.

This build works very well in PvP and is still effective after the lastest patch. If you are looking for more great swtor builds then I recommend Swtor Savior, they have excellent builds for all classes and for all roles. Swtor Savior also contains a Leveling and Credit/Craft Guide which are top quality.

Early Access And Early Swtor Credit Making Tips

Early access is here! many of you that preorded Swtor will now have early access and be playing the game. Why don’t you send me a message or leave a comment of what you think!swtor beta epl 812 Early Access And Early Swtor Credit Making Tips I have been playing a fair amount over the last 3 days and I have managed to gather over 150k credits so far and I have only just hit level 25. So I would just like to give you some early tips for filling your galactic wallet as quick as possible.

Early Swtor Credit Making Tips:

1. Slicing Gathering Skill

Slicing is a excellent skill. You can send off one of your companions to do slicing missions and every time they will return with a credit box for you. Most of the time you will make a good profit on this. It costs some credits to send them but 99% of the time you will make more credits than you spend. Its only if they fail the mission that you will lose your credits.

Slicing also allows you to interact with safes, lockboxes and terminals in the environment. There are a lot of these if you keep you eyes open and nearly everyone will give you a decent amount of credits. The main benefit to slicing is how easy it is to profit from it. Other crew skills allow you to make items and gather materials to sell and profit from. Slicing cuts out the middle man and just gives you the straight up hard cash!

Once you get to your third companion about lv17-lv20 you can start sending two companions on Slicing missions making you twice as much and as you level up your slicing skill the quality of boxes rewarded increases as does the amount of credits you receive.

Only issue with having Slicing as a skill is if you do plan to craft items for profit you may have to drop Slicing at a later date to get a skill like teasure hunting or underworld trading. This is because certain crafted items require rare mats that can only be obtained from those crew skills.

2. Biochem Crafting.

I played with Biochem a bit in Beta and see potential for this craft as being one of the best in Swtor for making credits. Of course you can’t craft your own armor or weapon mods but you can make some excellent consumable items that many players are going to want to buy on perhaps a daily basis. You can also make implants which I find are fairly rare from drops and have excellent stat increases. These implants you can make for yourself and also to sell to everyone.

After making your first stims you will see the power of the Bio-chem you can increase any of your stats temporary. The first stims you can make increase two stats and last for 60mins. And the increases are a nice bonus to your damage or endurance.

Once you reverse engineer about 10-20 of the created stims you should discover how to make them even better. As you level up your Swtor biochem skills you can make better and better stims and these stims will sell like hot cakes, Since everyone is going to want to have improved stats for 60 mins at a time. You can buy these stims from vendors but they are not as good and cost around 1k each for the better versions.

Also Biochems can make medpacks. And as with the stims the Biochems medpacks are far superior to the normal ones. So this is great not only for making you money but you will have a never ending supply for PvP which will give you the edge!

After reverse engineering the first medpacks that I made I found that they prototype medpacks are awesome! Not only do they give you a decent amount of health but they also recover a lot of health over 15 secs. Which allows you to take on some strong mobs which normally you couldnt kill by yourself.

Players will want both stims and medpacks of the above types all the time in PvP and PvE and you can be the one to supply them. Sell them fairly cheap and when you can create Swtor implants sell them for a heavy price at first since people will not be able to get them easy so they will pay over the odds for them.

Swtor Crafting Guide Video From SwtorFace.com

The guys over at Swtorface have released a excellent video showing you exactly how to craft in Swtor and also how to get your companions to craft for you and gather materials. Its well worth a watch for anyone that is interested in crafting in Swtor.

Watch it below:

As you can see crafting in Swtor is excellent, I really like the crew skills system since you can send your NPC shipmates away to do chores that would maybe bore most players. Also being able to stack up your companions missions for when your asleep is a feature that I was very excited about.

I’m sure you also see that you have the option to reverse engineer anything you create to improve your crafting skill. You can also discover new schematics from doing this so it is really worth you time doing if you are planning to be a big crafter in Swtor. The only downside to using you crew members around the clock is the fact that sending them on missions to gather resources costs credits. Of course once you work out a system to profit from these missions you will no longer need to worry about that.

Sending your Swtor companions on missions will also increase your reputation with that crew member and they can also find rewards such as credits, valuable items and companion gifts which you can give to your companions to open up side quests and romance plots.

Here at Swtor Guide I’m going to go into companions and companion gifts real soon and let you guys know how you can benefit from using companions, Not only can you get them to do a lot of work for you but they can also reward you with a lot of exp from their side quests. A lot of these side quests are only dialog conversations so you can get exp for doing nothing really. So stay tuned for that within the coming days.
